Lost Emails starting about 1:30 pm EDT

I lost all old emails from before 1:30 pm EDT today.  They don't appear when I log in directly to Comcast.net, nor my laptop via Outlook.  Are there server issues?

Thank you for replying so quickly.  I checked all my folders and cannot find these emails.  I had not made any changes to my email settings.

Can you please check your Outlook settings. Our server is receiving commands stating that if the email has been seen to place it into Trash. Also check your Outlook trash folder for any of the missing emails. I've reset the flag on your account to keep emails if the email client requests to delete it for now. Let me know if you can locate the emails in Outlook.

I had about 50 read emails up until that time period.  I did have warnings I was unable to connect to the servers.

check the "recover deleted items" in the webmail and see if Outlook has anything similar to it. If its no longer on the webmail, Comcast would be unable to restore the emails.
