Loss of Inbox emails

Comcast lost all my Inbox emails before 1/6/2021. I called customer service and they took me through all the basic searches like Trash, Spam, Sort and couldn't find them. Said to give them 2 hours and if my emails could be retrieved they would show up again in my inbox and if they don't show up they're gone for good...not an answer I'm happy with or willing to accept!  It's now 5 hours since I talked to them and still no retrieved emails. I need these emails and I know for a fact that I did not delete them. Here on the Community Forum I've seen that other customers have had the same issue and I believe that Comcast is at fault. I want my emails back and I believe that Comcast should do everything to help us with this issue. I'm not the only one!  My ticket number is CR951545481.  Any suggestions out there?

As a precaution, I would change your password to something stronger than whatever it is right now.   Suddenly vanishing emails is a common sign of a malware infection or a compromised account. Run a complete scan of your machine with your A/V software to see if it finds anything wrong.  You can also call Comcast security and see if they can recover the missing emails---------------------------
