Why doesn't Xfinity fix the "Long Running Script" issue with email? According to other posts this has been going on for YEARS. I understand they are trying to force customers to use their email platform, but this is exactly why people don't want to use it. They used to be helpful when our Outlook went down (however, usually due to a change on their end!) but now they refuse to help restore Outlook and tell me to call Microsoft.
I'd be happy to use their platform if it WORKED. I've even been told by their own reps that they don't use the platform because it's not user friendly. It would be great if they would put some $$ into developing a decent product since they refuse to help their subscribers use any other platform.
