How are you accessing your email that fails? Have you tried all methods of accessing your email, e.g. website (https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/), mobile app (Xfinity Connect) or maybe desktop Outlook or similar?  Does your login name/password work for logging into your Comcast/Xfinity account?

Does https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/third-party-email-access help?
