Using Live Mail 2012 on my home computer. When writing email, I'll stop sometimes and save it to Drafts. When I go back to Drafts folder and click on that email, get nothing back right away. Takes at least 4-5 minutes for me to get the content of the saved email back on the scrfeen. Why does this happen.

This is probably more a problem with WLM than with anything to do with Comcast or your connection. WLM has a mailbox storage limit and you may be close to it. While it sounds contradictory, you need to sign in to comcast webmail and clean up your folders there.
FWIW, WLM is no longer being updated so isn't as secure as it used to be. A good replacement is Mozilla Thunderbird which is very much like WLM.
