A friend that I regularly correspond with is being intermittently blocked as spam when they send to my Comcast email account. How can I fix this?

Do you mean that their email goes to your Spam folder? Or are you just not getting them at all? If the former, mark them as Not Spam, and keep doing that to help train the filters. You can also call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that sender----------------

The mail is being blocked completely. I do not receive it and the sender gets a reply that says their email was blocked for spam.
PM me the email address you are seeing this issue with so i can investigate it.
