On the Inbox page click on the gear icon in the upper right corner, then on Settings>>>>>Filter Rules. In the filter window you will see the option to set a condition for the rule, Eg: the incoming name or email address, then you will need to set your action. In your case, "Move to folder" is one of the options. Make sure you hit Save at the bottom of the window when done.
The rule should now work. If it doesn't, sign out of the account and back in again to make the changes "take".
