Inbox Emails Disappeared

As of this morning, 4/24/20, all the messages in my inbox disappeared.  After reading through several similiar threads--it appears I need Comcast Engineering to run a restore process for my email account.  Not sure if there's a Comcast rep on this system to assist?  Thanks.
