Important work related emails are being blocked from entering my inbox...

I am not receiving important work email from a client. They are sent on his end but Comcast in not allowing them to go into my inbox. PLEASE HELP!

Did you check to see if they are going to your Spam folder?  If it's not that, then call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that sender's domain---------------------

Thanks. They are not in Spam so I will call them on Monday.
