ID/PASSWORD not holding on IPAD with Safari

Ever since Apple updated their IOS to 13.1 Safari asks for your XFINITY ID/PASSWORD each time you open the app.  This does not happen with any other app and was not happening a week ago.  I always check the box to hold the ID but this no longer seems to work.  Anyone else seeing this??

Which app are you talking about, Xfinity My Account, Xfinity Connect ... or is it any Xfinity app?

problem is with Safari on an IPAD.  Only this app on the IOAD seems to have this problem.  On my PC with Edge there is no problem holing the ID/Password
