I've have to reset my password for my email/account every 2 weeks for unknown reasons!
In the last 4 months, I've had to reset my password like 5 times! And all I ever get is this message:
"In a recent security review, we detected a potential issue with your Xfinity profile. As a precaution, you'll need to reset your password."
I've spent an hour on the phone with customer service, which was no help as they couldn't tell me what was causing the issue. I was told my ticket was being escalated to a higher level for security review but never recieved a call back from anyone.
Extremely inconvenient that I keep having to do this, update all my devices and then have it happen again. I'm thinking about switching to GMail and At&t as Comcast doesn't seem to want to help me. And my son has gone through to make sure we have two-factor authentication, free of malware, etc.
@ComcastCSAEmail Please help! I saw someone else with a similar issue post in July.
