I use Microsoft Outlook. Remove mail after downloaded.

Once my mail is downloaded to Outlook, I do not need for the mail to remain on comcast server for more than say 30 days.  Is there a way set up the comcast server to automatically delete mail after 30 days?

No.  The current email software used by Comcast (Appsuite) has no provision for timed deletion that is controlled by the customer.  The old Zimbra software had it but  that is no longer available.  Email is kept indefinitely until you delete it, except for Trash and Spam.

Spam is stored for 7 days or 2,000 messages, whichever comes first
Trash is stored for 14 days or 5,000 messages, whichever comes first
