I received an email saying I cancelled xfinity. I did not. The email also says it will be cancelled today?
Can this be stopped? Is this a scam email of some kind?
@ArvadaColorado the email is legit. The request is legit. Please change your password, secret question, and properly secure your account by doing the same on any linked 3rd party emails as well. You will want to reach out to regular customer service to inquire about cancelling the disconnect order.
