I CANT ACCESS MY COMCAST EMAIL (NEW SUBSCRIBER 05-12-2020)

I cant login to my comcast email account given by xfinity. After I login, i click the "email" button on the top right of the page and it loops me back to the xfinity homepage. im a new subscriber. i can access my account overview, billing, etc. but i can not get to the comcast email page, it just loops back to the homepage. please help!

Welcome to the Xfinity Forum, and thanks for posting. I'm sorry for the experience you're having when attempting to login to your account online. I've had the chance to read and reply to your private message after finding the cause. Unfortunately, because your services have not yet been activated, you are limited to the things that can be done. However, you can still take advantage of the Xfinity My Account app even if your service has not been activated yet.

 

Xfinity My Account App Options for New Customers: 

  • New customers that scheduled an installation appointment can view appointment details and create an appointment reminder. 
  • New customers that ordered a Self-Install Kit can view their order. These customers may also track the Self-Install Kit package via My Account on Xfinity.com
