How can I get Xfinity's Attention regarding email connection timeout solution?
People are having issues regarding email connection timeouts that is most likely caused by something xfinity did arount 1/27. I found a solution (change MTU), but I have no idea how to get xfinity tech support to read my solution and determine whether their changes are the root cause (other than spending hours on hold through 3 tiers of useless tech support, which I refuse to do)
