How Do I Enable Cookies to Stream a TV Show?
After logging on, I can't access my voice mail, watch TV, or get my account information. It prompts me to enable cookies. How do I do that? Never had this problem before.

I have no idea what an "incognito window on your browser" is. I sign into my the XFinity home page using my regular name/password via FF which has worked since I joined Comcast many, many years ago. However, now I can no longer receive voicemail ,stream TV shows or play any XFinity games. On some sites I am prompted on a bottom banner to "accept cookies" which I click on, but nothing happens. XFinity.com is on my "allowed" list to accept cookies. That's as far as more computer knowledge allows.

Yes, it works via Chrome . But Firefox is my default browser. As someone who is struggling to understand how a computer works, I am trying to figure out if I did something "wrong" to make the XFinity website virtually unusable. A Comcast technician set up the computer for me. If I did disable cookies, I don't want to make the same mistake using Chrome. Thank you for your patuence.

To everyone who is trying to help me, thank you. But I am just so confused. I tried to follow your directions:
In Manage Permission--Exceptions--Cookies Site Data--Allow Cookies
https://customer.xfinity.com
https://connect.xfinity.com
https://www.xfinity.com
https://myxfinity.com
In Content Blocking--Manage Exceptions--You have disabled content blocking on these websites.
https://customer.xfinity.com
https://login.xfinity
Forgive the long reply--I don't know what else to do.

Try this:
In Content Blocking, click on Custom and then uncheck Cookies
Under General
Make sure that Digital Rights Management has a check mark next to Play DRM-controlled content is checked.

I unchecked cookies per your first suggestion:
1. In Content Blocking, click on Custom and then uncheck Cookies
Your second suggestion was already done.
2. Make sure that Digital Rights Management has a check mark next to Play DRM-controlled content is checked.
Nothing changed.
If this helps at all: if I try to stream TV I get a message saying cookies are disabled.
If I try to access Voice Mail, I just see a black screen.
If I try to play an XFinity game, a yellow pop-up message says I must accept cookies. I click on the "accept" button, but nothing happens.
Cannot access account info.
Email and address book are the only things working.
I am SO sorry that I I can't help you more with more specific information. I have literally lost sleep over this. One day everything was working, then the next day XFinity chaos!
Thank you for trying to help.
