Hacked this week through false Comcast flyer I stupidly responded to. Hackers removed all contacts in address book, and they are receiving requests for Amazon gift cards. Reported to police and FTC and tried to report to Comcast.
Reset password and added second level of verification.
Now Not receiving any emails.

How are you accessing the email? With only the webmail interface, or a client or app? Have you tried sending yourself a test email from some other account you have like Yahoo or Gmail? You could also call Comcast security and ask them to look at the account------------------

check your email forwarding settings and any filters you may have set up.
Check to see if your emails are being forwarded. Under Settings - look at Mail: Auto forward.
Hacker enabled email forwarding (to some hotmail address) as well as set up a Mail filter rule (named "...") to send all of my email to Trash.
