My email stopped coming through a few days ago although I could still send messages. Messages sent to me were returned to sender as "rejected" "unsubscribed". Does it seem as if someone has hacked my email and diverted the messages?

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
