Gsuite emails not being received by Comcast users
I am having a similar issue where comcast.net recipients are not receiving emails sent from our @thesavoyteam.com account. The recipients at my request have checked spam and trash and they are not there. This even applies to their messages I reply to. The messages just disappear! They are able to receive messages through my personal email but not through my Gsuite business account. I checked with g suite and it is a Comcast issue. This is costing us business. Please repair immediately.
