I am having trouble sending group emails. I get the message saying it was sent and it appears in my sent box but no one receives them! In fact if I try to send to more than one person it does not go through although it also appears in the sent box. What do I do?

What app/method and from what device are you having this issue?

You might open the message in your SENT folder to see the To: recipients. Also, look in the 'three lines' , 'More options' at the top, select 'View Source' to see what addresses (if any) it has in the To: field.
If everything looks ok there, maybe an agent will jump in here to help escalate to Tech Support.
