I need to forward a couple of my xfinity email accounts. I know how to do the primary account email. How do I do the secondary account? When I sign into the second account it says I do not have permission to forward.
It sounds like the secondary is set up as a "Viewer", which is the most restricted account level. In the Primary, go to "My Account>>>>>>>Users" to see if that is the case. If it is, try changing it to either "Manager" or "Member". Then sign out of the secondary and back in again to make the changes "stick". Try again to set up forwarding.
