I have had identical issue, and frankly am tired of chatting/talking to comcast support who have no idea what to do. I'm assuming my domain forwarder suddently got put on some block list (after successfully forwarding for years to comcast.net email with no issues). This should not difficult to resolve, yet it is.
I just set forwarding to a different email (gmail) and it works fine.
If you were able to resolve this, please let me know.
