Forwarded EMail from cell phone NOT being received !!

Hi ... Been forwarding e-mail, pictures, etc. from my cell phone to my Comcast E-Mail address for YEARS .. with absolutely no problems. All of a sudden .. NOTHING is being transmitted. Checked spam folder, etc. and absolutely NO signs of my forwarded e-mail.  Only thing different is that I recently purchased a new computer with Windows 10 OS. Had been working with XP since it was first introduced. Is it possible that the Windows 10 OS is not in agreement with my Comcast e-mail ?? Any guidance greatly appreciated. Many thanks .. Helen

Hi .. I created a contact on my cell phone for "HMore@comcast.net" and send / forward "whatever I wanted transmitted to my regular online e-mail." I do not own an "IPhone" .. still working with an antiquated "Flip Phone" .. which works just fine for me.

@Lady_Jarhead OS has nothing to do with email deliverability. I'm seeing emails being forwarded by our server successfully from your Comcast account... But you mention from your cellphone. How exactly are you forwarding things from your cellphone to your comcast.net email account.

oh so you're not using a smartphone, you are using the MMS feature on a regular cellphone and sending it directly as a MMS text message. The deliverability would be coming from your cellular provider. There might be an issue somewhere there.

EDIT:
to further expand and to make sure we are on the same page,

You are sending from your cellphone directly via MMS - which means emails arrive under [mobilephonenumber]@[phoneprovider].com/.net. to your comcast.net email. Would you by chance happen to have the full email that those emails come in under when you send from your cellphone? feel free to PM it to me since it contains sensitive information. Likely issue is that the mobile provider is accepting your MMS texts to send to your email @comcast.net, but its not actually sending, but i can check the server to be sure.
