Forced password reset

I have tried everything in the forums yet I am still forced to reset my password several times a week.  Any solutions @ComcastCSAEmail?

 

Help please...

They are continually forcing me to reset my password also.  It's becoming a real pain in the (where you sit down)!

 

Judging by the lack of response you've received, I doubt anybody from Comcast ever visits these forums.

 

I may have to dump my Comcast email account and set up a Gmail or Yahoo account.  Unfortunately, i'ts a big inconvience to give all my friends a new email to contact me at.

 

What else can we do?   I can't just keep reseteing  passwords every time I want to check my email!

I am having the same issue. I'm being forced to reset my password everytime I want to access my account on shorter and shorter intervals. Please provide a fix!

I’m having having the same problem for at least 6 months. It’s required hours of time dealing with the maddening phone bot that thwarts my efforts to speak to a human, starting from square one with some fool thanking me for my business(they should just say “screw you and thanks for the money ” because that’s what it feels like), elevation to Security Assurance each time, then dealing with a condescending rep with a really bad attitude. 
If anyone from Comcast monitors this thread- the only response from the company has been request to post publicly. We are obviously posting publicly and obviously having the same problem. The forced password resets arise from of an issue within the company’s security system.
Fix it, and or at minimum respond to the GD thread! 

I encourage everyone in this thread to write your US representatives and Senators, and the FCC. Comcast is the only company offering an acceptable internet speed in my area. I tried to switch bu AT&T reps said Sacramento county allowed Comcast to put in cable years ago. The arrangement causesprohibitive barriers to allowing other companies to set up fiber internet access.
