Footers
I'm working on a Mailchimp email for a client. He says that when I send him the email, the footer appears twice, once in the body of the email, and once further down the page. He uses Gmail but I use Comcast, so I sent myself the email and the same thing happens. Please see attached screenshot. He wants to know if the second footer can be eliminated because he doensn't like how it looks. Is this possible? Please advise. Thanks. -- Clare Higgins

Comcast has no control of how MailChimp emails display or the footers they use. Not sure why you would think this has something to do with Comcast as it also happens when you send the email to a gmail account. Additionally, this email does not originate from Comcast so there is nothing they can do to assist. You will need to contact MailChimp to get assistance with your concern, not Comcast.

This is probably because the image requires moderator approval. That could take a while. You could upload the image to a file sharing site and post a link to it here.
