Errant email delivery???

Errant email delivery???

In an email exchange between me and my sister we received a reply all from some person never included in the email chain. Xfinity seems to do a wonderful job at hiding where to find info to actually 'SPEAK' to someone to see if my email had been accessed by a device or area not familiar to me. Any suggestion besides change my provider?

In the header are of the email, click on the 3-line ellipse and then on "View source" to see where it came from.
