Dont know if this will help but , I have google chrome and went to " history " scrolled down to the last good conection I had to xfinity and worked my way to email from there and it worked , deleated the old link from the tool bar and re pinned a link from the email page to the toolbar , it appears to work.

I'm having the same issue. All of a sudden Emails from certain senders are being blocked . However, others in my family are receiving them without a problem. I have nothing in Spam, no blocked senders , I added the email address to my address book. Still nothing I can't figure it out

Ridiculous spam system that is impossible to navigate and self-correct. The emails are not in the SPAM folder and the business has said it blocked by my internet provider.
It doesn't prevent the things I want blocked and blocks things I do want to receive.
