Emails to my comcast.net account are being blocked

Emails to my comcast.net email account are being blocked. These are occurring sporadically on emails that are sent from my corporate office to me. Some of them go to spam folder and some are blocked while others are received correctly. For those that are blocked, the sender received a message back that says: a message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following addresses failed:

......@comcast.net
All hosts for ‘Comcast.net’ have been failing for a long time (and retry time reached)

How can this be fixed?

Dont know if this will help but , I have google chrome and went to  " history " scrolled down to the last good conection I had to xfinity and  worked my way to email from there and it worked , deleated the old link from the tool bar and re pinned a link from the email page to the toolbar , it appears to work.

I'm having the same issue.  All of a sudden Emails from certain senders are being blocked .  However, others in my family are receiving them without a problem.  I have nothing in Spam, no blocked senders , I added the email address to my address book.  Still nothing I can't figure it out

Me too. 

 

Ridiculous spam system that is impossible to navigate and self-correct.  The emails are not in the SPAM folder and the business has said it blocked by my internet provider.

 

It doesn't prevent the things I want blocked and blocks things I do want to receive.
