This has been going on for roughly 1.5 weeks.
Emails are sent using the xfinity web app in Chrome, but recipients are not receiving.
- All emails show in the 'Sent' folder.
- I have tried sending email from the comcast email address back to the comcast email address and did not receive it.
- Other emails apps are not used, HOWEVER, a test that was done using Outlook also did not work.
- The intended recipients have different email domains (gmail, yahoo, etc)

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
