Emails sent via xfinity web client not being received,

Emails sent via xfinity web client not being received,

This has been going on for roughly 1.5 weeks.

 

Emails are sent using the xfinity web app in Chrome, but recipients are not receiving.

 

Other points

- All emails show in the 'Sent' folder.

- I  have tried sending email from the comcast email address back to the comcast email address and did not receive it.

- Other emails apps are not used, HOWEVER,  a test that was done using Outlook also did not work.

- The intended recipients have different email domains (gmail, yahoo, etc)

If @ComcastAntiSpam or another employee doesn't reply to your message here, Comcast Security Assurance might be able to help. You can reach them at 1-888-565-4329 (from https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
