THank you for assisting Latoque.
I'm on the email via Xfinity page for emails. I've also added this Xfinity email account to my phone so, when I use my mobile, its via the Xfinity page as well.
When I send the emails, I actually receive the "message sent" pop up from my Xfinity page and it does appear in my sent files as "sent." While this issue has been happening, I have never received any error messages and only found the issue because I was replying to a friend (sending to her gmail account) and she noted that she had never received my response (after I had submitted the email response the previous day).
I've tried sending an email to my "gmail" account from my Xfinity @comcast.net account and the email never reaches my gmail account however displays as sent in my "sent" folder.

Are you using only the webmail interface? Or a desktop client on the computer, or the mail app on the phone? Do the messages appear in the Sent folder in the webmail or the clients?

Same problem here. I just spent 2 hours with Comcast help and they have no idea.

I spoke with Comcast as well and didn't receive any answers as yet. The "hardware" tech is supposed to call me back at some point.

I use the same Comcast email account on several Apple devices: iMac with Outlook, iPad with Mail, and iPhones with Mail. Outbound emails stopped on all devices this morning and are stalled in the Outboxes. In-bound emails are being received. Additionally I am able to send emails from my account on the Comcast Xfinity website, but not thru the device mail applications.
I contacted Comcast and they could not help, but rather referred me to Apple. Apple said the problem is with the Comcast server not accepting uploaded messages. Does anyone have any idea on how to resolve?

It sounds like there may be an issue with Gmail and Comcast, although I haven't seen it myself. If I send from my Comcast account to my Gmail account it arrives just fine. Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for your recipient----------------

@ALR2211 please try another test message, appears you were being flagged for spam due to some content that you had sent. Should have cleared up.
@Skyer the issue is that your outbound mail settings in the email client are not working for some reason. Comcast is unable to troubleshoot it because it is a Third-Party email client. As long as your email works on webmail, it means that the Comcast server is functional and working. The issue is within the email clients. You may want to try re-entering the password for outbound mail settings specifically or try deleting the account and re-adding it. If you are using POP3, there may be a loss of emails in the process.
