Emails from domain not reaching my inbox

Hello I have noticed that the domain
Noreply@Pokemon.com  doesn't seem to be accepted. I've attempted to change profile info on their site but the confirmation emails don't come through, nor their newsletter. I would like to know if someone could fix that?
