Emails from Trusted Source Blocked / Not Delivered to Inbox or Spam Folder

Trying to access my Transamerica account online.  When Transamerica sends the code for 2nd Party Authentication to my comcast email, the email never arrives.  The emails aren't going to my spam folder either.  Need to be able to recieve emails from Transamerica.

Check your Spam settings. Make sure that "Enable spam filtering" and "Save a copy of emails marked as spam" are both selected (see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/spam-filters-and-email-blocking-new-experience).

If the settings are correct and @CCAntiSpam or another employee doesn't reply to your message here, Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help. You can reach them at 1-888-565-4329 (from https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.

Thanks, I'll check the settings.  I was receiving the messages as recently as 30 Nov but updates may have taken place that affected the spam filter.

It worked, the second item wasn't checked, "Save a copy of emails marked as spam."  I was able to change the message to "not spam" so future messages populate in my In Box.
