Emails disappeared

I subcribe to email notifications from HGTV and to news updates from The New York Times. On May 21 they stopped showing up. They are not going to another folder. I subscribed again to each of these which didn't fix the problem. I've even added them to my contacts which also didn't work. Any ideas how to resolve this?

Now I've got an additional problem and I am on the phone with Xfinity trying to resolve it.  Now all the emails which should be going to my inbox is going into my spam folder.

I'm having a similar problem with Fark comment notifications.  I wonder if our problems are related.  I stopped getting email from no-reply@fark.com on June 1st.

After two Xfinity service reps and about an hour, emails are now appearing in my inbox instead of spam folder. The rep said there was an extra filter on my account, (whatever that means). He said I would now be getting the email news articles from The New York Times and reminders from HGTV that had gone missing. Well, this problem persists. I just changed the email address where those emails are sent to an Outlook account. -now waiting to see if that works.

you may want to have them check their email supression lists. Especially if the emails were being moved to spam - through the feedback loops they would have likely seen that you marked the emails as spam(even though it was a filter) and stopped sending to you.
