It appears that emails from REI.com (the outdoor retailer) are being blocked from reaching me. Can I please have this unblocked? I have verified that they are not going to my spam folder.

Hello, after review of the domains traffic we are not blocking them. We are allowing messages to successfully come through.
Although no messages are going to your user profile. Unfortunately, if the emails are not reaching you, we cannot troubleshoot further.
The sender, in this case rie.com will have to determine why their outgoing messages to you are not sending. The sender should receive a bounce back or be able to determine on their end why the outgoing messages are not reaching you.
This usually occurs if a user is removed from their sending list or placed on a do not email list.
