This morning I logged into my account to print out a document from an email this past week, and when I went back in 10-15 minutes later, ALL my emails prior to 3/17 dissapeared! Nothing in the trash, nothing archieved, nothing in the folders. I've been using this email account for 10+ years and has been my main mode of contact for work.
Does anyone know how to fix this? For now I made a new gmail account and am forwarding all future emails there. Has anyone been able to retreive their old emails?
It's a long shot, but right-click on the Trash folder, and then click on "Recover deleted items". Do you see any of the missing emails in there? If not, try calling Comcast security and see if they can recover them for you.

You might also want to change your password, and run a scan of your system with your A/V software to check for malware. Suddenly vanishing email can be the sign of a compromised account or an infection.
