I have not been able to receive emails for over a week. I have moved out of the comcast area, but still use the comcast email. I've tried the forwarding, the direct from xfinity linq, and still not receiving anything but some spam. No error messages.

I am using internet exployer to bring up the Xfinity link on my desktop. Also have trouble on my phone and kindle device, which are both Android.
