I have notoced that I have not received any mail in my mailbox since July 5m 2020. Current date is July 27, 2020. What is the reason for such a problem. How can they be restored?

Assuming you are using only the webmail interface and a browser, try refreshing the page.  If not, how are you accessing the email?
