I haven't been able to connect to my comcast email for 5 weeks.
I sign in and all I receive is Xfinity is downloading your email. Which it never does !
I have tried turning off any software or other item sthat will block pop-ups, adds etc. I have also turned off any intrernet protection (at the same time) Same problem exists
Local customer support and support from corporate office has been no help !
If I didn't have my email address for relies from doctors etc. I'd drop comcast.
Frontier is looking better and better

Are you using webmail to get your email or an email client, and if so, which one?
