My email wants a password I've Never had that request. I CANNOT get my emails. Please help.

Can you clarify-------do you mean you are just asked to sign-in when you try to access your email?  How are you accessing it?  With only the webmail interface and a browser?  Or with a client like Thunderbird or Outlook?  Something else?
