Email has not worked since May 2019. I've reported it several times and have been told my case will be elevated to a higher level. That is the last communication - I never receive any followup and my email still doesn't work. Have no idea what to do..........
"Not working" doesn't give much to go on. What happens when you try to use it? Any error messages? Are you trying to use the webmail page, a program, or an app? On what kind of device? The more details you can provide, the better.
