Email not showing up
I haven’t received emails since 12/11/19. I thought at first it was because my box was full so I went and deleted a bunch of emails but I still can’t receive emails from the past 3 days.

How are you accessing your email? Using only the webmail interface and a browser, or a mobile app or something else?

Try sending yourself a test message from some other, non-Comcast account you have like Yahoo or Gmail or something. Does it go through OK? Or do you get an error message in the other account?

How are you accessing the email? With only a browser and the webmail interface? Or on a mobile device? Something else? If only the webmail, check to see if your Safe List is enabled. If it is, nothing will get through unless the sender's email address is on that list. To check, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Inbox page, then on Settings>>>>>>>Advanced Settings. If the Safe List is enabled you need to disable it.
