If @CCAntiSpam or another employee doesn't reply to your message here, Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help. You can reach them at 1-888-565-4329 (from https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.
The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.

Are the messages in your webmail Spam folder? If not, check your Spam settings. Make sure that "Enable spam filtering" and "Save a copy of emails marked as spam" are both selected (see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/spam-filters-and-email-blocking-new-experience).

yep, thanks. read through all the posts and my settings are not an issue. trying to reach one of the comcast antispam persons to help. ..
@sgirlx3 I'll send you a PM to initiate the conversation.
@CCAntiSpam I serve on the board of my neighborhood association. We send neighborhood wide emails from a gmail account using MailChimp. Since December, I have gotten reports that emails to comcast.net neighbors are not getting delivered, or are being delivered intermittently. I sent an email last week that then all the sudden went through to all of our comcast.net members, but then I sent one today that they did not receive. In mailchimp it does show the messages as delivered, but I confirmed with users that they did not receive and it is not in their spam folder.
@bcorriga I see your PM, I'll respond there.
@CCAntiSpam Hello, I am having a similar problem. I work for a company that sends email on the regular as most businesses do. Recently, I noticed that any recipients that use Comcast as their email provider have either not been receiving email from our company or it goes directly into their spam folder. I though that maybe our ip addresses were blacklisted for some reason. If someone could get back to me or private message me I would love to get this sorted out as it seems to be affecting many recipients.
Thank you
@Dr_check_99 I'll respond to your PM.
Our company is also having an issue with comcast customers not receiving our emails. If the customer sends us an email we can reply with no problem, but if we sent them the email in the beginning they do not receive it. We use a domain email through gmail.
@jasonanderson1 I'll send you a PM.
On my work computer and my personal phone (Xfinity Mobile) while at work on their wifi, I cannot receive or send my comcast mail. My phone can receive it if I switch to data, so it must be something related to my company IP. Can someone please help! @CCAntiSpam has helped in the past, but is no longer receiving Private Messages.
@Chrisbones i've sent you a PM to get more details
