Email messages not being received by comcast customers
We are a high school and we send out nightly grade reports to parents, many of which are comcast customers. Sometime in mid December, those messages stopped being received. I have tested and captured packets and have determined that the messages are still being sent and accepted by comcast's email servers but then nothing happens. They just disappear.
Could you please put me in contact with the department that could help me determine why these messsages are not being delivered?
I have tried many different avenues over the past few months trying to get this resolved and they have all been dead ends.
Thank you,
Bob

@steveh27 This should be resolved within an hour or so.

I would ensure your spam folder is enabled (it is currently disabled)

@CCAntiSpam @CCKenF
I am having a similar issue where I am not recieving emails being sent to me. I have the domains that the emails should be coming from but did not see the options to message either of your accounts. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure if this problem has been solved. If so what did you do as my neighbor has the same problem.

@CCAntiSpam Our client is having the same issue! All emails (important transactional emails) sent to Comcast email addresses are being blocked. We've tried to put in a remediation request with Comcast and Cloudmark, but have not seen an improvement.
The emails come from info@thepantryseattle.com after purchases made on their website. The emails send through SendGrid. If it's helpful I can also share recipient email address.
Thank you!

@CCAntiSpam I am having an issue with Comcast blocking emails from an AWS based server. It returns the error:
host mx2.comcast.net[68.87.20.5] said: 550 5.1.0
Connection is not being accepted at this time. (in reply to MAIL FROM
command)

Yes. My students are having the same problem. I entered this problem in the chat box but the responses they gave let me know Comcast does not have a way around this - and I think they may be trying to avoid the issue. It seems unfair to have to ask the parents to open another email account with another server, but that may be the only answer if Comcast can't make this work. None of the parents are receiving yahoo.com emails. I have sent them individually, and at different times. So it shouldn't be seen as a spam bulk mailing.

@CCAntiSpam I'm not sure if this problem varies with region or location, but I can receive email from a Yahoo account, just not from AWS hosted mail accounts. There has to be an identifiable reason for this. Also, this started working for a short period, suggesting it is going on and off of a whitelist.
