Email from my bank always going to spam

Email from my bank always going to spam

I discovered that emails from my bank have been getting flagged as SPAM since the beginning of July.  I've marked them as NOT SPAM and tried setting up a rule to KEEP them in my inbox without any success.   I can provide the message headers separately, but would appreciate any help resolving this matter.  @ComcastCSAEmail
