Email bank alerts are being blocked?

I am not getting my email alerts from BofA for over a month now....this never happened until early Sept...never had a problem prior to that. I still get all other email from BofA only the alerts are not coming through.

 

I checked with BofA and there is no problem on their end...the alerts are showing sent but are not showing up in my email?

Did you check to see if they are going to the Spam folder?  If it's not that, then call Comcast security, as they handle any blocking issues---------------------
