How can I rrestore my original email address

You need to clarify what happened----------how did you lose it?  Did you delete it or did something else happen?  How long ago did this happen?

This happened yesterday. I got a strange email from supposedly Comcast. I suspected spam so I went in and changed my password. I was unnerved enough that without thinking I changed my username & email as well. All of my contact numbers, electronic billing, bank, credit card log ins, etc are related to the original email. Therein lies my dilemma

When a user ID (that part of the email address to the left of the @ symbol) is changed or deleted, it is suspended for 90 days, and then released back into the pool of available IDs for any Comcast customer that wants to claim it. But you can try calling Comcast security and see if they can reinstate it for you.  Since it only happened yesterday they should be able to---------------------

Thanks so much. That is what I am trying to do. I spoke to an agent this morning and after some time she pushed my request to a level 2 technician. I should hear back within 24-72 hours

OK, but if you don't hear back, call the security number I posted.  They are the only ones that can retrieve that ID for you.
