Five days ago both my wife and my Comcast email stopped working over home WiFi. If we turn off WiFi and connect over cell network things work fine. Also tried using Gmail app to map the Comcast account and it won't map until I turn off home WiFi. Away from the home on WiFi it works just fine. Somehow the home router is blocking the Comcast mail. Any ideas?
i would have them check their email supression lists and also look at the raw logs of when the email is being sent because looking at our logs, we aren't even getting an indication that they are trying to deliver emails to you.
