We use Xfinity/Comcast to send our emails. I have been sending emails to people. The emails show as sent; but the emails aren't received. They also don't bounce back, so I have no way of knowing whether people are receiving the emails. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Did your recipient check to see if the message went to their spam folder? Did they contact their email provider to see if there is a blocking issue with Comcast emails? Try sending an email from your Comcast account to some other account you have like Yahoo or Gmail. Does it work OK?
@Tennis2333 our server confirms that the emails have left the Comcast network and were sent to the desired recipients. You would want to test for issues on the recipient side off Comcast
