Email Inbox

Comcast changed the way my inbox views.  I want to go back to the older version.

On my toolbar, there are no icons for print, move, etc. unless I click on "more actions" and then choose the action I want.  For someone who sends upwards of 60 emails a day, that's a lot more key strokes than I care to make.  Also,  the Compose box is very small unless I move the box lower on my screen and then click the enlarge arrow.  Another two extra steps to go through. And... if I open an email the unread email below it also opens so that when I go back to view my inbox, I have to look at all "read" emails to see if I've actually read them.  I know this doesn't sound like a big problem, but it actually is very time consuming when you have to deal with as many emails a day as I do.  Thanks for any input.

That's a lot of emails a day for a residential account, but you're probably working from home which would make sense.

At any rate, I would suggest you seriously look into using an external email client so that you don't have to deal with the flaky toolbar and view problem.

I agree!  It's horrible!  As someone who files a bunch of my emails into separate folders, I have to go through like four steps to do each one and I get like 50 emails a day! I read their posts about better forum for email now and I'm here to tell you it ain't better Comcast!  It plain stinks!

Have you tried drag and drop?  Works quite well.
