I signed onto the Xfinity site and signed on to get emails in my Inbox. It was working yesterday. All my emails appeared.
Today, I signed on w/my credentials, and none of my emails appear in any of my folders (Inbox, Send, Trash, etc.) I tried to refresh emails and the same site, and nothing works.
I can still get emails on my iPhone which uses the "comcast.net" extension, but not via the xfinity site.
Any solutions?
How are you accessing the email on (presumably) your computer? With only the website and a browser? Or a desktop client like Outlook? How are you accessing it on the phone?
