Email Date Limits??
I am trying to go back to find / read email from 2017 forward. Noemail older than the first of 2020 is showing in any history.
How can I access my older email?

Are you using only the webmail interface and a browser to access the email? How are you searching? Did you try using a date range like 01/20/2017-04/09/2018? Can you scroll past the 2020 emails? Do you have any folders you created, and if so, can you see anything in them?
